Why “The Foundry”?

A Legacy of Transformation

John Wesley used an old metal foundry for his first church building. He renovated the structure and used it for worship- and they simply called it "The Foundery." A foundry was a place of transformation: where raw, unrefined material was shaped with care, heat, and purpose into something strong and useful. That same spirit envelops The Foundry in Tupelo, MS. This is a place where the divorced, the widowed, the grieving, the searching, the clergy, and the skeptic all encounter the same presence, support, and hope. Just as metal is forged through fire into purpose, we trust that God will mold our pain into something meaningful and beautiful.
