Specific Groups
Widowhood: The loss of a spouse reshapes every dimension of life. We walk with those rebuilding identity, community, and faith after loss.
Divorce Recovery: Your story does not define you. We offer a compassionate space for the grief, shame, and identity disruption that often goes unnamed in the church.
Disordered Eating: Healing the relationship between body, soul, and identity. Our approach is holistic for the whole spectrum of food related struggles.
Child Loss: Grief after the loss of a child - at any age or stage- is among the most isolating forms of sorry. You will find people here who know this valley and can walk with you.
Sexual Identity: Questions of who you are, where you belong, and whether you are truly loved are at the center of the human experience. You are seen, heard, and loved here.
Abortion Recovery: A carefully held space for the grief and shame that so often goes unspoken. There is not story too heavy. Grace is not conditional in this place.
Body Image for Teens: This season of life is especially difficult for body related struggles. We offer Christ-centered support focused on who we are and acceptance of the instrument God gave us.
Meal or Snack Support: For those struggling specifically with disordered eating.
We offer group meal and snack support so we can navigate these challenges together. We offer accountability in a gentle, compassionate, and firm way that honors your choices and autonomy.
Grief Work Through A Contemplative Model: Grief visits everyone. The death of a loved-one is especially challenging as the duration of grief differs with the individual. Following a progression with others through the experience allows loss to become an ingredient of growth and transformation rather than something to “get over”. We believe grief to be a sacred journey worthy of companionship.
