Grief Work Through a Contemplative Model

Grief visits everyone.  The death of a loved-one is especially challenging as the duration of grief differs with the individual.  Following a progression with others through the experience allows loss to become an ingredient of growth and transformation rather than something to “get over”.  We believe grief to be a sacred journey worthy of companionship.

Art-Based Spiritual Discovery

Often inner work unearths words or symbols that can have great personal meaning.  Honoring these “treasures” can be done through an intentional, guided art process involving color, collage, introspection, music, and prayer.  Group classes provide the opportunity to create something tangible as a reminder of your journey towards wholeness.

Support Groups

Sometimes we need to know others are in it with us. In a group setting, clients are able to experience validation, support and compassion from their peers. When we feel less alone, recovery becomes easier.
