One on One Coaching
Individual coaching sessions in person or virtual. Our work together is completely individualized for your needs! Collaboratively, we will explore what you don’t like about how things are, how you want things to be different, brainstorm realistic steps, and develop a plan for supporting you in making the changes you want to make. We incorporate any goals you have with your treatment providers into coaching.
Spiritual Direction
Throughout human history individuals have been inspired to companion others as they journey towards a deeper relationship with God. Spiritual direction is a gentle practice where one on one sessions are designed as a confidential time for holy listening. Over time, one discovers how the dots in their life may be connecting; finding the transformative work of God being guided by the Spirit.
Groups
Sometimes we need to know others are in it with us. We offer psycho-educational groups on a variety of topics such as; Healthy Boundaries, Coping Skills, and Spiritual Recovery as well as support groups. In a group setting, clients are able to experience validation, support and compassion from their peers. When we feel less alone, recovery becomes easier. Art-Based Spiritual Discovery
Often inner work unearths words or symbols that can have great personal meaning. Honoring these “treasures” can be done through an intentional, guided art process involving color, collage, introspection, music, and prayer. Group classes provide the opportunity to create something tangible as a reminder of your journey towards wholeness.
Spiritual Renewal Retreats
There are times when making a commitment to leave home with an intention to deepen your spiritual life is important. A retreat offers a way to disconnect from the normal “noise” our days are filled with. Being in a natural setting without distraction can open up inner doors for God’s holy work of transformation. A meaningful retreat may allow one to return to life’s noise and see it quite differently.
Mentoring Program
This allow one who has gone through a painful experience to walk hand in hand with one currently experiencing a similar pain. Our pain is never wasted when we allow God to use our story.
The Foundry
Isaiah 61: 1b-3 “He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.
